‘Refunds, Returns and Complaints’

We welcome our clients to the Key2Care Concierge Service and look forward to working with you to improve your life and well-being.  We hope that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or service you will let us know immediately so we can rectify any issues.  Key2Care Concierge Service is committed to ensuring that you get the support and care that you need.

 

Gift Vouchers
 

  • Gift Vouchers have a 12 month validity.

  • Gift Vouchers will be provided based on purchase of time.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return a Gift Voucher for a full refund, from the date you received it.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Concierge On Call or Lifestyle Consultant Services
 

  • No returns are offered on unused Concierge ‘On Call’ or the Lifestyle Executive Assistant weekly engagement service.

  • If you are not satisfied with the service we have provided to you, please advise Key2Care Concierge Service or your assigned Key2Care Lifestyle Consultant within 48 hours of the service provision, so we can work together to find a solution.

  • If a solution cannot be agreed upon, the complaints policy should be followed.  Key2Care may provide a refund for the amount of time spent buy your Key2Care Lifestyle Consultant.  

  • No refunds are offered for services provided by third party providers.
